- Sydney, Australia: August 27, 2026, at 2 AM AEST
- Tokyo, Japan: August 27, 2026, at 1 AM JST
- Singapore: August 27, 2026, at 12 AM SGT
- London, United Kingdom: August 26, 2026, at 5 PM BST
- New York, United States: August 26, 2026, at 12 PM EDT
It arrives nine days before the game's full release and two days before the original early schedule of August 28.
How to play NBA 2K27 early
You can play NBA 2K27 early by purchasing either the Deluxe Edition ($99.99) or the Ultra Edition ($129.99).

The Standard Edition ($69.99) does not include early access. You get only 10,000 VC for pre-purchasing the Standard Edition and will have to wait until the full launch on September 4, 2026.
Because Nintendo Switch 2 only has the Standard Edition, players on the handheld will not be able to play the game early.
Only PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC players can play NBA 2K27 early on August 28, 2026.
