SBCs are being entirely overhauled for FC 27.
You no longer have to look out for solutions, cheap players, or do the rather tedious min-max like duplicate management, chemistry, and other requirements.
As detailed in the recent Ultimate Team deep dive, EA is introducing a new Streamlined SBC format that'll be used for most challenges.
The traditional format remains but will be rarer.
Below are all the details on the Streamlined SBC experience in FC 27.
FC 27 Streamlined SBC Explained

Streamlined SBC is a new format for squad-building challenges in FC 27.
Instead of the traditional method where you make a solution of multiple rarity cards, overall requirements, and chemistry, you just have to meet a certain number of points.
Each card will have a certain score based on its overall rating and rarity. Bronze, Silver, and Gold each have different scores, and high-rated players will have even higher scores.
Your goal is to toss as many players as you can to reach the required SBC score. Theoretically, this means you can complete an SBC simply by stacking all Bronze cards.
Completing the top SBCs that will require thousands in score with Bronze is going to take a long, boring while. So, you'd still just add the top available players for more convenience.
However, you don't have to worry about other requirements, duplicates, and storage management as much. Yes, duplicate items are eligible in the same solutions.
Some requirements, like specific overall cards, will be there. But the new menu will show you all the eligible cards directly on your screens so you don't have to filter through them.
EA also highlighted that Streamlined SBCs support partial progress. You can complete half the score, re-grind upgrades again, and then do the additional score to better manage the storage.
All in all, this is a neat quality-of-life improvement that makes completing SBCs much easier.
Of course, it absolutely does not mean the amount of grind required for them will reduce. You may need a massive pile of fodder to reach scores for top players.
That's everything you need to know about Streamlined SBC in FC 27.
