With its predecessor entering the latter stages of its cycle, FC 26 will soon take to the stage as EA's next big installment of the popular franchise.

Aside from a few leaks concerning Ultimate Team features and the game's cover star, details surrounding FC 26 remain limited at this stage.

However, following the conclusion of the domestic 2024/25 season, we now know that Career Mode players will be able to enjoy a realistic save right from the start, unlike previous entries.

EA FC 26 Career Mode Receives Welcome Boost

EA has not shared any official information regarding FC 26 so far, but we do know that all 20 Premier League clubs will have authentic stadiums when the game launches later this year.

This will come as a huge boost to Career Mode fans, in particular, who have not always been able to experience a fully realistic Premier League save due to some stadiums not being scanned and available in the game.

In FC 24, several months had passed before Luton Town's Kenilworth Road became playable, while Ipswich Town's Portman Road was also added to FC 25 via a post-launch update.

Not only did this mean that fans of those two clubs were unable to play at their home stadiums immediately, but it also proved to be an annoying situation for Career Mode users who strive for maximum immersion and realism throughout their saves.

Fortunately, all three promoted clubs from the EFL Championship — Leeds United, Burnley, and Sunderland — already have scanned stadiums in the game, meaning a similar scenario will be avoided when players start up their Premier League Career Mode saves in FC 26.
