FC 26 Release Date
According to a reputable EA FC leaker, @futlatestinfo, FC 26 will release worldwide on September 26, 2025.
This release date for EA FC 26 is yet to be confirmed, but considering EA tends to release a new FC entry every September, the leak does add up to previous release dates.
To back up the leak even further, EA recently published its Q4 and FY25 financial results, where release windows for the upcoming quarter were also shared. It was announced that EA FC 26 will launch in Q2 of the publisher's financial year, which means it will be released between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
The release timeframe comes after leaks previously suggested that EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition will go live on August 23, which is a month earlier than the launch of FC 25. However, this now looks extremely unlikely.
FC 26 Logo
The FC 26 logo was leaked by @SizePlaystation in April and hints at a brand new color scheme for the game. Featuring navy, light blue, purple, green, and yellow, it certainly does a good job of standing out.
If previous trends are anything to go by, the colors on the logo usually feature in the game itself, including menus and UI. So, the chances are we'll be seeing these colors when we load up Ultimate Team and Career Mode in FC 26 later this year.
FC 26 Platforms
We're entering a time where some titles are launching solely on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, leaving old-gen systems behind. Unfortunately, this is a trend EA looks set to follow, with the new F1 25 game only releasing on current-gen consoles.
While this could mean EA FC 26 takes a similar approach, @madfut.apps collaborated with reputable leaker @FutSheriff on Instagram to confirm that it will be available on both old and new-gen consoles.
FC 26 Editions
As expected, FC 26 has two Editions: Standard Edition and Ultimate Edition. Both have different prices and offer significantly different bonuses, with early access only being included in the Ultimate Edition.

The Real Madrid and England midfielder made his debut appearance as the cover star for FC 25, and is returning in FC 26. But this time he doesn't come alone, being accompanied by one of the biggest promises in world football.
As for Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the legendary striker is returning to the EA FC franchise in style, being on the Ultimate Edition cover, and returning to Ultimate Team as an Icon.
