Only Silver Stars are eligible for Peak Performance, so this is a good opportunity to upgrade any attacking ICONs. It gets particularly exciting if you've already chained them the odd few times they were eligible for upgrades.
Outside of the above, you can find Part 1 of Make Your National Pride Evolution in level 1 and Part 2 in level 14.
PS+ Pick in level 25 will allow you to add two additional PS+. In the end, you get a 97-rated National Pride card with 5 PS+ and endgame level stats.
