It is the promise-making phase of FC 26's pre-launch marketing campaign, and EA has already debriefed on all the overhauls coming to general gameplay and modes like Clubs and Careers.
In addition to new features, there will also be several much-needed QoL improvements across the board. Notable improvements in Manager Career are transfer logic and deeper simulation for better scouting.
FC 26 Scouting Improvements

When you start a career in FC 26, you can choose to simulate up to 5 additional leagues apart from your own. It should make the transfer market more active and also allow you to follow the player's progress from different leagues.
You can directly see that player’s full stats when viewing a scout report for a player in a simulated league. There will be a dedicated tab for average ratings, and it is also possible to filter stats by competitions and seasons.
For the first season of Careers in FC 26, you can now see past season stats based on the real-life 24-25 season. Among the available details to help you scout are last season's top scorers, assists, clean sheets, yellow cards, red cards, and average ratings.
All that will surely provide 'Moneyball' merchants the stats they need to play around and make data-driven signings over dropping bags on big-name players.
Overall, the defining improvement is that the scouting is much deeper thanks to the added simulation. With more simulated leagues, the Standings section has been redesigned for smoother navigation and better filtering.
FC 26 Transfer System Improvements

The transfer system will receive neat improvements here and there in the FC 26 Manager Career.
The biggest is adding a new logic that will stop the AI from hoarding players for the same position. The opposing manager will now look to offload players before signing.
Another change is the ability to loan freshly brought players. Bigger clubs will look to loan out fresh and young talents who aren't getting minutes to help them develop. This will allow a lower-team manager to temporarily strengthen an area at low cost and finish higher to afford proper signings.
Among other neat additions in FC 26, players will now first 'negotiate' with managers before discussing a new deal. They will express their interest in whether they want to stay or "seek out another challenge." Players will notify you in advance so you can have time to strike the right deal with other clubs and plan your transfer strategy.
With plenty of other additions and improvements in Manager Live Hub, Manager Market, and Challenges, FC 26 takes the mode deeper. Although it remains to be seen how it all pans out.
