Dronaldo: Drone Football League is a 3v3 game that blends fast-paced football with third-person arena shooter combat to deliver a unique gameplay experience.

The game has five drone classes: Hunter, Knight, Ranger, Rogue, and Artificer. Each class has a unique ability and is available in three types: Heavy, Medium, and Light.

All drones can be customized and upgraded, adding an extra tactical layer to the game.

There are 15 unique team compositions, which combined with the different drone abilities and customization, ensure no two games are ever the same.

The recently released trailer showcased the action-packed gameplay of Dronaldo, the different types of drones, the customization options, and three game modes: Solo Campaign, Online Multiplayer, and Local Split-screen.

Dronaldo's solo campaign is a story-driven mode that also teaches players the basics about the game's mechanics, including the leveling loop and customization.

Koala Republic founder and Dronaldo developer Kel, who has formerly worked on Epic Games, EA, and Scopely, said the following to say about the project:

"I wanted Dronaldo to feel like a game you could really sink into, but also something that people can understand when it's on in the background. You know when football's on and people who aren't even watching suddenly start paying attention because something kicked off? That's the feeling I was going for, and I'm excited to start sharing more of the game with people!"

The game, whose launch date is slated for reveal later this year, has already intrigued plenty of fans from the shooter and sports genres alike.
