There are many moves you can use in WWE 2K25 to hurt your opponent and get closer to securing a pinfall or submission win. One of the most effective ones for cruiserweight and light heavyweight wrestlers is the springboard.

The springboard consists of using the ropes to elevate and perform a high-flying move. In WWE 2K25, you can execute plenty of different springboard moves, with all of them looking fantastic and dealing a lot of damage to the wrestler on the receiving end.

So, let's find out how to do a springboard in WWE 2K25.

How to Springboard in WWE 2K25

Performing a springboard in WWE 2K25 is actually easier than it seems, and there are four different ways to execute this move. You have four types of springboards: running springboard, standing springboard, corner springboard, and apron springboard.

Let's start with the running springboard. First, you need to press L2 on PlayStation and LT on Xbox to run towards the ropes. When you reach the ropes, press either X, Circle, or Square on PlayStation, and X, A, or B on Xbox, for your wrestler to perform a running springboard.

The standing springboard is the easiest to do. You need to get close to the rope and press L1 on PlayStation and LB on Xbox to grab onto it. After that, simply click X, Circle, or Square on PlayStation, and X, A, or B on Xbox.

Performing a corner springboard is also very simple. You only need to press L1 on PlayStation and LB on Xbox when you are near the corner, and then press X, Circle, or Square on PlayStation, and X, A, or B on Xbox.

Last but not least, we have the apron springboard. To execute it, you need to grab the rope, but from the ring apron. To do that, move your left stick towards the rope.

Once you are in the apron, press L1 on PlayStation and LB on Xbox to grab the rope, and then press X, Circle, or Square on PlayStation, and X, A, or B on Xbox, to perform an apron springboard.

It's worth noting that some wrestlers can't perform a springboard. This is normally the case in super heavyweights, such as Braun Strowman, Omos, Bronson Reed, and Andre The Giant.
