When will FUTTIES be Released in FC 26?
We have no official dates for the FUTTIES release in FC 26.
However, based on the current promo schedule, it should begin on July 24, 2026 at 6 PM BST / 10 AM PT.
Phenoms and Summer Stars are two confirmed promos for the upcoming weeks. That leaves just less than two months until the launch of FC 27.
Because both FUTTIES and Pre-Season are campaigns that run for several weeks, that's the sensible date based on past patterns. Plus, Season 9 will have plenty of FUTTIES rewards.
Keep in mind that's a speculative date based on past release schedules. EA may change things this time, but that's unlikely.
What is FUTTIES in FC 26?
FUTTIES remains the final major promo of any EA FC game cycle. During it, we will get pink-colored cards of the most popular current players and yesteryear legends.
That includes current high-profile stars like Kylian Mbappé, Aitana Bonmati, Jude Bellingham, Lamine Yamal, and Alexia Putellas, as well as legends like R9, Maradona, and more.
Of course, not to forget, both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi should get one too.
The special thing is that many of the players will have 99 OVR. While you'll be chasing them, unfortunately, they're much harder to pack even though the game will be effectively dead a month after.
The format for the promo is the same as any other. Players will be released in batches by teams, with multiple squads released over a month or longer.
There will be a good amount of menu grind with SBCs, Objectives, Upgrade Packs, exchanges, and all the things we had in major promos similar to Team of the Year and Team of the Season.
Lastly, we'll get a "Best Of" batch of players as well. It'll bring several of the most popular cards from the past promos of FC 26 to packs.
Cards will drop through packs and will also be available as rewards in Objectives, SBCs, Season, and modes like Champions. Some will be part of the new Token Store.
A couple of new cards will continue to be released past the promo end during Pre-Season.
