Ones to Watch player items rated 83 OVR or higher retain their base attributes. Only those below will be upgraded.
Upgrades include a guaranteed 60 Pace, Roles++ for their position, and +1 OVR for each Team of the Week, Star Performer, or Player of the Month inclusion.
Plus a one-time +1 OVR if their club wins three of its next six domestic league matches after 18 September. OTW cards are rated the same as their base version, just a shinier version with possible upgrades.
