The FUTTIES season has already kicked off in FC 25. That means all things will hit their steepest power curve with juiced-up cards and higher OVR Evolutions. Driven Prodigy is one of the first for the promo and has a maximum overall requirement of 94.

We've had a string of so-so Evos in the past promo cycle, but FUTTIES has started with absolutely belter Evos with chain potential. The top pick is with the chain in mind, giving you one of the rattiest cards in FC 25.

5 Best Players for Driven Prodigy Evolution in FC 25

Below are the most standout picks for Driven Prodigy Evolution in FC 25.

  • Vanja Milinković-Savić (Flashback SBC)
  • Patrick Vieira (FUT Birthday Icon)
  • Danzel Dumfries (TOTS Honorable Mention)
  • Yaya Touré (FUT Birthday Hero)
  • Bruno Fernandes (TOTS)

Given that the stats boost isn't that massive and the overall boost is only 2, ideal candidates here will be someone who can later be chained into another Evolution. For that reason, it is best to keep the upgraded version of the card at 95 OVR for quick chains.

Vanja Milinković-Savić is the top pick, and he can either be chained later with Mister Clean Sheet or used as is until a better upgrade pops. The Serbian is a genuine goliath, and his 6'8" height will make him a wall at the back, literally.

With Shadows Chem style, Vanja will have both pace and defense maxed out, so chain remains optional. He'll be amazing no matter the path you pick.

For Vieira and Dumfries, it is more about giving them the missing edge. Dumfries was already an elite wingback but lacked the passing. Fullbacks are always involved in the buildup, and it is better to have at least one passing Playstyle+. You can further improve the Dutchman by giving him Quick Step+.

Vieira, meanwhile, gets Tiki Taka+ and First Touch+ with Driven Prodigy in FC 25. While Tiki Taka is a good playstyle for defensive mids, First Touch would come lower down the pecking order. If you don't fancy it, you can do Incisive Pass+ Evo or another preferred playstyle before doing the Driven Prodigy.

The same is true for Yaya Touré. The end result for the Manchester City legend might not look too tempting, especially with lower defense, but Yaya's overall remains at 95, so you can further chain him quickly.

Bruno Fernandes is one of the most elite passers in the game, and with the Evolution, he gets all the desired plus Playstyles. There isn't any area of the pitch that the Portuguese won't be able to distribute to. He isn't a super rare card and can be bought on the market cheaply.

Yes, Driven Prodigy Evolution is worth doing in FC 25. It is free, and you won't lose out on anything as long as you pick cards that get the desired boost and Playstyles+. Preferably use it with a chain in mind.

For any rare cards that you cannot get again, try to avoid them unless the future Evolution chain remains on the card. FUTTIES season has just kicked off, and no doubt there will be many good Evolutions, or we hope so anyway.

That's everything about the Driven Prodigy Evolution in EA FC 25.
