It is that time of the year when everything in EA FC 25 will hit its steepest power curve, bringing in the most juiced-up cards available yet. That's because every major and some minor leagues across Europe and the world will have their Team of the Season cards released in batches.
This makes TOTS the longest promo in the game, but how exactly does it unfold? Here's everything you need to know about the Team of the Season schedule in EA FC 25.
When will Team of the Season be released in EA FC 25?
The Team of the Season promo is expected to begin on April 25, 2025, after Season 6 ends. EA has already confirmed that the event is coming soon.
That's when the main thing will begin. We will, however, likely get a "Warm Up" series before it in the form of TOTS Warm Up, which should begin on April 18, 2025.

Warm-Up Series are typically filled with SBCs and other challenges that'll hand out packs for you to open during the promo so that you have the best shot at getting your favorite cards. Given how long the promo is, expect the new season to be themed entirely around the promo as well.
Expected EA FC 25 TOTS Schedule
Below is the EA FC 25 TOTS schedule, according to reliable leaks:
- April 18: TOTS Warm Up.
- April 25: Ligue 1
- May 2: Premier League, Women's Super League, and Mixed League TOTS squads.
- May 9: Bundesliga, Frauen-Bundesliga, and second Mixed League TOTS squads.
- May 16: Serie A, Rest of the World TOTS squads.
- May 23: La Liga and Liga F squads.
- May 30: Rest of the World TOTS squad 2
- June 6: TOTS Ultimate.
Every week, on Friday, new TOTS squads from both men's and women's competitions from the major leagues will be released together. They will all be available in the packs for only the week they're featured, so make sure to time opening your packs right.

For example, if you're targeting PL and BWSL players, open packs between May 2 and May 9. That's assuming EA follows last year's schedule, but you get the gist.
Outside of the major leagues, minor leagues will be clubbed together and make a "Mixed TOTS Squad" that'll be launched alongside the major ones every week. That's how it was done last time, and we expect it to continue this time as well.
TOTS Live, meanwhile, is similar to RTFF, where the card will get upgrades based on the team's real-life performance. Typically, the ones who are not getting their featured TOTS cards but have been outstanding nonetheless will be available here.
Lastly, TOTS Ultimate is where select players will be packable again for a week before wrapping up the promo. Keep in mind that all these dates are based on past schedules, but the general format is unlikely to change. Don't worry, we'll keep you posted on the latest.
